As Anchor management we are aware of the risks associated with the nature of the industry we are in and have devised practical ways to mitigate these risks and address risks that have also been brought up by our stakeholders. Below is our risk matrix where we’ve plotted the risks based on their probability to occur and their severity. The numbers represent the risks listed in the table below the matrix.
The table below discusses the impact of the risks plotted on the matrix and what our mitigation strategy is for each risk. Other concerns raised by our stakeholders that are not discussed in the table are dealt with in our blog.
